Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and business or workspace name. If you upload an avatar or logo, we store that too.

Business and lead data you enter. The Service stores the data you and your team add to your workspace: leads and their contact details, pipeline notes and tasks, campaign content, message templates, files, and review-request records.

Usage and technical data. We collect basic logs and usage information (such as pages visited, actions taken, IP address, and browser type) to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Payment data. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we keep only billing status and subscription records.

• to provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending the outreach you compose;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions;
• to power AI features you invoke, by sending relevant content to our AI providers for processing;
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product using aggregated usage data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Much of the personal data in Aurzor — in particular, leads’ and contacts’ names, emails, phone numbers, and related records — is entered and controlled by our agency and business customers. For that data, the customer is the data controller and Aurzor acts as a processor: we process it only on the customer’s instructions to provide the Service. If you are a lead or contact of one of our customers and want your data accessed or deleted, please contact that business directly; we will support them in fulfilling your request.

We use the following service providers to run Aurzor. Each receives only the data needed for its role:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your workspace and its tenant data — leads, content, files, and messages — from our production systems, subject to short-lived backups and records we must keep for legal or billing purposes (such as invoices). You can also delete individual leads, files, and content at any time from within the app.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials such as connected-account tokens, hashed passwords, and strict tenant isolation so each workspace’s data is only accessible to its own members. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

We use a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and preference cookies that remember your active workspace and client selection. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Account holders can exercise most of these directly in the app; for anything else, email support@aurzor.app and we will respond within a reasonable time. If we process your data as a processor for one of our customers (Section 3), we will refer your request to that customer.

The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date above shows when this policy was last revised.
